Author Guidelines
Before Submission
- Confirm that the manuscript fits the journal aim and scope.
- Prepare the manuscript according to the relevant reporting guideline (CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, CARE, SQUIRE, COREQ, SRQR, SPIRIT, or other appropriate guideline).
- Confirm that all authors meet authorship criteria and approve the final manuscript.
- Include ethical approval, exemption, patient consent, trial registration, or protocol registration when required.
- Disclose funding, conflicts of interest, acknowledgments, data availability, and AI tool use.
Recommended Manuscript Structure
- Title Page: title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author, ORCID (if available), word count, article type, funding, conflicts, acknowledgments.
- Abstract: structured abstract for original research and reviews when appropriate.
- Keywords: 3 to 6 keywords.
- Main Text: introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, references, tables, figures, supplementary files.
- Ethics and Declarations: ethics approval, consent, data availability, author contributions, funding, conflicts of interest, AI disclosure.
Submission Checklist
- Manuscript is original and not under review elsewhere.
- Relevant reporting checklist is uploaded or completed.
- References are accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
- Tables and figures are cited in the text and include clear titles or legends.
- All patient or participant identifiers are removed unless consent for publication is documented.
- Cover letter explains contribution, novelty, relevance, and ethical compliance of the manuscript.
