About the Journal

Lumora Journal of Internal Medicine and Clinical Practice (LJIMCP) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Adult internal medicine across cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, renal, endocrine, infectious and multisystem disease; hospital and ambulatory medicine; multimorbidity, diagnostics, therapeutics and chronic disease management. The journal welcomes rigorous clinical research, diagnostic reasoning, evidence synthesis and practice-improvement work relevant to general physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.

The journal publishes original research, systematic and scoping reviews, evidence syntheses, methods papers, protocols, brief reports, and clinically instructive reports that make a clear contribution within this scope. Published by Lumora in partnership with AHSS, it applies transparent editorial policies, responsible artificial-intelligence guidance, clear licensing, and international reporting and publication-ethics standards.
