About the Journal
Lumora Journal of Geriatric Medicine and Healthy Aging (LJGMHA) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Comprehensive geriatric assessment, frailty, multimorbidity, polypharmacy, cognition, delirium, dementia, falls, sarcopenia, nutrition and continence. The journal covers functional ability, rehabilitation, healthy longevity, prevention, social care, caregiver health, long-term and home care, age-friendly services, shared decisions, care transitions, health equity and outcomes important to older adults.
The journal publishes original research, systematic and scoping reviews, evidence syntheses, methods papers, protocols, brief reports, and clinically instructive reports that make a clear contribution within this scope. Published by Lumora in partnership with AHSS, it applies transparent editorial policies, responsible artificial-intelligence guidance, clear licensing, and international reporting and publication-ethics standards.
