About the Journal
Lumora Journal of Healthcare Quality, Patient Safety and Health Services Research (LJHQPSR) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Healthcare quality improvement, patient safety, human factors, implementation science, health services and outcomes research, policy, financing, operations and value-based care. The journal welcomes evaluations of access, equity, workforce, care pathways, organizational performance, learning health systems and interventions that produce measurable and sustainable service improvement.
The journal publishes original research, systematic and scoping reviews, evidence syntheses, methods papers, protocols, brief reports, and clinically instructive reports that make a clear contribution within this scope. Published by Lumora in partnership with AHSS, it applies transparent editorial policies, responsible artificial-intelligence guidance, clear licensing, and international reporting and publication-ethics standards.
