About the Journal
Lumora Journal of Rheumatology, Allergy and Clinical Immunology (LJRACI) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Inflammatory arthritis, connective-tissue disease, vasculitis, autoinflammatory disease and regional musculoskeletal disorders, alongside allergy, asthma, anaphylaxis, immunodeficiency and immune dysregulation. The journal covers diagnostics, imaging, biomarkers, biologic and targeted therapies, immunotherapy safety, patient-reported outcomes, rehabilitation, prevention and coordinated rheumatology–allergy–immunology care.
The journal publishes original research, systematic and scoping reviews, evidence syntheses, methods papers, protocols, brief reports, and clinically instructive reports that make a clear contribution within this scope. Published by Lumora in partnership with AHSS, it applies transparent editorial policies, responsible artificial-intelligence guidance, clear licensing, and international reporting and publication-ethics standards.
