About the Journal

Lumora Journal of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Health (LJVMAH) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Companion, farm, equine, laboratory, wildlife and aquatic animal medicine; veterinary surgery, diagnostics, pathology, pharmacology, infectious and zoonotic disease, epidemiology, reproduction, nutrition, welfare, preventive medicine and One Health. The journal welcomes clinical and population research, translational animal science and evidence on antimicrobial stewardship, food safety, biosecurity, animal-production systems, veterinary public health and sustainable human–animal–environment health.

The journal publishes original research, systematic and scoping reviews, evidence syntheses, methods papers, protocols, brief reports, and clinically instructive reports that make a clear contribution within this scope. Published by Lumora in partnership with AHSS, it applies transparent editorial policies, responsible artificial-intelligence guidance, clear licensing, and international reporting and publication-ethics standards.
