Lumora Saudi Journal of Government Transformation and Public Policy (LSJGTPP) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Public administration, public management, policy design and evaluation, digital government, public-sector innovation, service delivery, regulatory governance, intergovernmental coordination, budgeting, procurement, public workforce, institutional capacity, citizen participation, behavioral public policy and Saudi government transformation. Political competition, diplomacy and foreign policy belong in the politics journal; doctrinal or case-law analysis in the law journal; macroeconomic policy effects in the economic transformation journal; and sector-specific pedagogy or clinical policy questions in their corresponding journals.
