Editorial board
Every Lumora journal is led by an editor-in-chief or editorial leadership group and supported by a subject-fit editorial board. Named board members are maintained on each journal page.
Role of the editorial board
- Uphold the journal’s scholarly standards, scope, and integrity.
- Guide editorial policy and support fair, independent peer review.
- Help build a qualified reviewer community and attract quality submissions.
Editor-in-chief
Each editor-in-chief or editorial leadership group holds responsibility for editorial decisions and for protecting the independence and quality of the journal. Ali Aleid serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Dermatology and Aesthetics, Abdulsalam Aleid serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Anesthesiology, ICU, and Pain, and Ayman Kharaba serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Multidisciplinary Healthcare Journal.
Appointment principles
- Members are appointed for relevant scholarly expertise and standing.
- Boards aim for breadth across the journal’s subject areas.
- Members are expected to follow Lumora’s Publication Ethics and Editorial Policies.
