Custom and Institutional / Enterprise: written quote for scope and pricing — membership never buys acceptance or faster review.

Totals = annual membership + reduced APCs for every paper in your estimate. Tax and separate services excluded; this does not predict acceptance.

Clear terms before you subscribe

New plans are annual. Your written quote defines benefits, usage limits, activation, tax treatment, renewal, cancellation and refunds. A plan price does not promise unlimited publications.

Existing paid memberships, earned awards and credits retain their approved terms, without doubling allowances or automatically replacing benefits.

One financial adjustment applies to an invoice; a discount code cannot combine with a membership reduction, waiver or referral credit. Membership cannot buy an editorial preference, acceptance, citations or a guaranteed timeline.

Production work included in an article’s publication charge is not sold again as an add-on. Any separate work and its scope are agreed before it begins.

Existing referrals and credits

A referral code records eligibility for a possible credit and is distinct from an invoice discount code. Eligibility and amount follow the approved membership and invoice terms; this page does not promise a credit or commission.
