Certificates are issued from completed OJS work only. Reviewer documents never name the manuscript, authors, or recommendation. Physical medals and trophies are arranged separately by the editorial office; they are not shipped automatically.
Lumora is owned and operated in Saudi Arabia. Membership, advertising, and consultancy never influence peer review or editorial decisions.
Service that strengthens research
At 15 verified contributions, Established members receive Silver; at 30, Distinguished members receive Gold; at 60, Lumora Fellows receive Diamond. The same thresholds apply to all three tracks. Reviewer memberships last six months. Editor and Editor-in-Chief memberships last one year (12 months). These are service recognitions, not professional accreditation or automatic appointments.
Complete documented peer-review and publication-ethics courses before the first membership award. The editorial office checks a sample of work for methodological insight, constructive reasoning, timeliness, confidentiality and declared conflicts. An acceptance, rejection or properly reasoned negative review has equal recognition value.
Count one contribution per distinct manuscript within each track. Revision rounds, repeated decisions, honorary titles and issue splitting do not inflate totals. Editors-in-chief count manuscripts they personally stewarded to a documented final decision, subject to a separate audit of complaints, corrections and recusals.
Milestones create a verification request. An independent authorised staff member confirms evidence and training before activating a reward. Reviewer awards include half the annual service allowances; Editor and Editor-in-Chief awards include the full annual allowances. Awards are non-transferable and do not stack. One milestone can be redeemed once. A higher tier replaces the current tier only within its earned term. An annual Editor or Editor-in-Chief award ends 12 months from the period’s original activation date; later milestones never restart the clock. A Diamond Reviewer award alongside a Silver Editor award provides Diamond for the first six months, then Silver for the remaining six months. An unused Reviewer milestone whose six-month window has closed can be held for verification after the active annual period ends. Contribution errors can be appealed to the editorial office.
